By accessing or using Ticker.id (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of the Service
The API for US public company mentions across our podcast corpus; timestamped and verifiable.
You may access the Service through the spreadsheet UI, developer API, and related tools. Features, data coverage, tiers, and rate limits may change at any time.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Where sign-in is required, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account, including API keys you create.
API Access
API keys are personal credentials. Do not share them, publish them in client-side code, or use them in ways that exceed your subscription tier or documented rate limits. We may suspend keys or accounts that abuse the API or degrade service for other users.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Scrape, bulk-export, or resell data beyond what your tier permits — see our Data License for full terms governing dataset use
- Reverse engineer or misuse the Service except where permitted by law
Content and Intellectual Property
Podcast and other source materials belong to their respective owners. Transcripts, ticker extractions, timestamps, and metadata are provided for informational use under your subscription. We do not claim ownership of third-party source content.
Use of our compiled datasets, including ticker mention data made available via the spreadsheet UI, developer API, or bulk export, is additionally governed by our Data License, which sets out specific permitted and prohibited uses. Where the Data License imposes a more specific restriction on dataset use than these Terms, the Data License controls.
You retain rights to content you submit, and you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate and improve the Service.
Market and AI-Generated Output
Ticker mentions, sentiment labels, and related outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Podcast commentary is not investment advice. You are responsible for verifying important information before relying on it. The Service does not provide financial, legal, medical, or other professional advice.
Service Availability
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation. Downtime may occur for maintenance, third-party failures, security incidents, or other causes beyond our control.
SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from the Service regarding account notifications, service updates, and related business communications.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and all data provided through it are delivered “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The content provided on our platform, services, and associated materials is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing contained on our site or service constitutes, or is intended to be construed as, financial, legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Termination

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.
