Now, these new customers are quite exciting. If we could start with FIFA because World Cup just happened. Cisco, the SPY climb because they're the largest—
Jim Cramer — Mad Money w/ Jim Cramer · Mad Money w/ Jim Cramer 8/26/26 · 2026-08-26Cisco really did grow 20% a year, right?
Michael Batnick — The Compound and Friends · Bubble bursts in 2027, Nvidia earnings preview, Materials sector set-up, AirBnB takes flight · 2026-08-25Take a look at some Dow gainers. CAT's at the top today. Interesting, uh, pretty tight race for the best Dow name of the year between CAT, Cisco, and Merck, which is still still number one, completely reversed from yesterday.
Carl Quintanilla — Squawk on the Street · 9AM HOUR: Chips Rebound Ahead of Nvidia Earnings, Druckenmiller Slams Treasury, Dick's Sporting Goods Shares Plunge · 2026-08-25And here's what you need to know today. Collective Mining has reported robust metallurgical recovery rates from testing at the Apollo deposit on the Guayabalas project in Colombia. Results returned 95% gold, 92% silver, 85% copper, and 70% tungsten. It's de-risking the processing assumptions ahead of what the company says will be an initial mineral resource estimate coming out next month. Apollo has become one of the most anticipated MRE events in the junior sector this year, given the volume and consistency of high-grade multi-metal drill results the company has been reported since that discovery. Collective Mining trades on the TSX and the NASDAQ, both under the symbol CNL. 1911 Gold has released assay results from 8 surface drill holes at the Sam West target at the True North Gold Project in Manitoba, with the headline intercepts from this batch including 11.31 grams per tonne gold over 1.7 meters and 6.79 grams per tonne over 2.4 meters. It's confirming continuity of the Sam West vein system. It now extends over 500-meter strike length to down-plunge depths of more than 600 meters. Geological modeling is underway toward a maiden resource estimate at Sam West and two adjacent near-mine targets, with an updated global resource estimate for True North expected in the fourth quarter. 1911 Gold trades on the Venture Exchange with AUMB and on the OTCQX with AUMB. American Eagle Gold has reported the first 2026 step out east of the South Zone at its Knack Copper Gold Porphyry project in BC's Babine Porphyry District. Hole 89 returned 411 meters grading 0.43% copper equivalent from depth of 47 meters. That was all within a broader interval of 880 meters at 0.3% copper equivalent. It extends near-surface mineralization 250 meters east of the current defined zones and connecting spatial— spatially with last year's hole 62, which returned 140 meters of 0.74% copper equivalent. American Eagle Gold trades on the Venture Exchange with AE and on the OTCQB with AMEGF. Q2 Metals has drilled the best hole ever at the Cisco Lithium Project. That's saying— that's a— this must be a big hole. Hole 93 returned 3 separate mineralized intervals in an 803-meter hole.
Trevor Hall — Mining Stock Daily · Morning Briefing: Drill Results from Andina, Q2, 1911 and American EAgle · 2026-08-25Yeah, I don't own NVIDIA. I mean, at least not directly. By ETF ownership, I've calculated it. NVIDIA is something like 3% of my total portfolio, just indirectly. I'll be watching the results really closely because Nvidia's performance can have ripple effects on so many other companies, and not just the hyperscalers, which, that's definitely part of it. Nvidia's numbers, their future guidance, the commentary they give, it gives a sense of the pace of the AI buildout. That could have big implications for networking companies like Cisco and Arista Networks, for example, that are direct winners when these Nvidia chips are installed and have to be linked together. Nvidia's tone on future demand affects how companies like Applied Materials, which builds the equipment that semiconductors are made with. They can forecast future demand, and investors can forecast future demand based on what Nvidia is doing. Those are just a couple examples. We could spend a whole episode on all the companies that are affected by Nvidia in one way or another. I don't even know if that would be enough. But there are a lot of ripple effects that we're going to see in the wake of Nvidia's announcement. Nvidia might not even be the biggest stock to move. The stock movement on its announcement.
Matt Frankel — Motley Fool Hidden Gems Investing · 1 Earnings Report That Could Move the Market · 2026-08-24Right. I'm just thinking of the healthcare thing. I mean, Merck replacing Cisco is the best down name of the year, kind of is kind of symbolic of it for sure.
Carl Quintanilla — Squawk on the Street · 11AM Hour: Anthropic Investor on Upcoming IPO, Owner of Rare Trading Card & Crypto's Rally 8/21/26 · 2026-08-21And I'm thinking about Sienna and Dell and Cisco. Totally. And I love that so much because those were the momentum stocks that I grew up with.
