Overall, it sounds like it's a relatively favorable deal, if maybe slightly overpriced, but maybe a price that Salesforce has to pay. Uh, I wanted to get to our second one, and maybe not the most household name here, but certainly something that it, like I said, is in the Hidden Gems investing service, sort of universe, and that's Tradeweb Markets, uh, kind of an electronic marketplace for a lot of, uh, trading of securities, not necessarily stocks, but more like rates, credit swaps, a lot of the things that maybe institutional investors are doing. Uh, so it announced that yesterday or this morning, I can't remember specifically which one, that they're acquiring privately held fixed income trading company TruMed. Now, since it isn't exactly a household name, guys, uh, can number one explain what Tradeweb does, and then can you give me the elevator pitch of why investors should like this kind of business?
