  1. Okay, that's terrific. What's the stock? Cheniere. Cheniere. Oh, the LNG kind? Uh, why don't you say— why don't you do— why don't you go by the C2P kind, which is the Cheniere Energy Partners, that has a lot of the good qualities that you want. That's the switch. You make it tomorrow. Let's go to Reed in Texas. Reed. Hey, Cramer, thanks for taking my call. No problemo. What's going on? Yeah, I'm curious about a stock that's been down but looks to be coming back. Do you think I should start a position in Tractor Supply? Look, I have no idea why that stock came down to 18 times earnings. It just— people just regard it as a housing play. It's not. And I just think that it's probably time to be able to start a position And don't go too big at once because the quarters have not been that good. And that, ladies and gentlemen, is the conclusion of the Lightning Round! The Lightning Round is sponsored by Charles Schwab. Coming up, could a compute bond really become a thing? Kramer's weighing in on whether they'd be worth the paper they're printed on. Next! There are very few benefits to being old. When I went to Trinidad to fish for tarpon this elongated weekend, it took me forever just to scroll down to 1955, the Trinidad entry visa of my birth year. But the past has value, like my time spent at Goldman Sachs in the 1980s. Long ago. One thing I recall from my stay at the august investment bank was a presentation in 1985 about about auto securitization. Back then, Goldman decided— incredibly novel— to bundle auto loans into bonds, then sell them to wealthy individuals and institutions. I was one of the first to hear the presentation in an all-hands-down deck meeting. I was skeptical, talking about how quickly autos depreciate, how there are plenty of defaults in auto loans, how the repo man could destroy the bonds. Call me a skeptic, but I was wrong. I ended up selling the heck out of them. Well, those were the days of blind faith, where blind faith rewarded for both the client and the because they ended up offering a nicer yield than Treasuries without a lot of risk.

  2. For me, Tractor Supply, ticker symbol TSCO. This is a business that I really like and one that I've highlighted before. Its valuation, it's fallen a lot here recently, and the valuation is historically quite low. And I've thought that this is a good stock to buy because I see the business is very resilient. One of the reasons that I believe the business is resilient is just how much of the business is with companion animals, or pets, in other words. About a quarter of the business is addressing the pet market. Roughly another quarter is for livestock. 50% of the business is towards the animals. I really see that as people spend money for their animals. That's just how it is. This is in the Q2 report here that just came out. The company owns 209 PetSense stores. They're actually going to close 75 of those. A third of that part of the business. It's closing. Also saying that the animal, um, the companion animal segment of the business within Tractor Supply is struggling. And so they're going to put some emphasis on there. For me, this is really the foundation of an investment thesis with Tractor Supply is that this part of the business remains resilient. And right now it's under pressure a little bit. So, I think this is something to monitor if you're an investor in Tractor Supply over the next several quarters. Is this a trend or is this a one-off?

  3. Yeah, that's interesting because, you know, people are feeding their pets. Are they just not feeding their pets from Tractor Supply? Yeah, that's— that is, uh, look guys, one more for you. A quick shout out to RTX, the artist formerly known as Raytheon Technologies, uh, ticker is unsurprisingly RTX. They're up 8% today, up 22% for the year after a strong report fueled by growth on both the commercial and defense side of the business. They also raised full-year guidance, so they see this continuing. All segments were up across the board, which you rarely see with RTX. That's been one of the problems with them. Special shout-out here for the defense side. 18% revenue growth. Massive quarter for new orders, too. Listen to this, they booked $2.42 worth of new business for every $1 they billed out in the quarter. That is a great way to telegraph growth from here. I think all you have to do is pick up the newspaper and know what's going on on the defense side. On the commercial side, airplanes are still running hard. They are really set up well to take advantage of what looks like two big— a big set of tailwinds on each side of the business.

  4. I want to do a quick thing and try to flip the script on both of you because each pitched a stock. You know, Lou, you got Tractor Supply. It's down about 45% over the past year, trading at about 14 times earnings. Based on some of the things that Lou said, are, sorry, the things that John said, are you interested in buying? And I'm going to flip the question to you as well, John. Interested in RTX based on up 36%, trading at 39 times earnings.

  5. So I'm generally scared of retail, but Tractor Supply is always one I've looked at. Maybe if they get cheap enough, I might look at it. But look, in retail, I just, I'm not much of a shopper. And so I'm really bad at spotting trends. So I just kind of hide from retail most of the time.

  6. For me, it was Tractor Supply Company. This is ticker symbol TSCO. It's down 36% in the first half of 2026. That makes it the 17th worst performer in the index. Now the company is forecasting some kind of tepid top line growth as well as EPS growth for the year. So I'm not necessarily surprised it's underperforming the index, but I am surprised that it is down so sharply because it is still forecasting modest growth. It's not like the business is falling apart. So, and it's actually down 50% from its all-time high, which is its biggest drawback in more than a decade. So that really surprises me personally. This is a dip I took advantage of because I think that Tractor Supply Company is just a rock solid business year in and year out. I think that its customers really do rely on it for a lot of things such as their animal feed. This is a good dividend growth company as well. 17 consecutive years of raising that dividend. I do have a place in my portfolio for dividend growth companies, and with the yield at close to 3%, that's an all-time high for Tractor Supply Company. So it's one that I went ahead and added in the first half.

  7. Yeah, this week I'm looking at Tractor Supply Company. This is ticker symbol TSCO. This is a retail chain of about 2,400 stores, about 200, uh, of its pet store brand. You can get things like overalls and feeding troughs there, but about half the business is in animal care, which includes feed. This can be like a cattle animal, like a horse, but also dogs and cats. That is the bulk of this business and why I think that it is a sticky business. Now, this is the first time in the last 10 years that it's fallen 50% or more from its 52-week high. The dividend yield is at 3% for the first time ever. It's raised it 17 years in a row. I think this is a rock-solid business that is just down right now and cheap, so I think it's a good buy.

  8. Dan, tractors and dividends? Yeah, well, you know, a couple of years ago, or maybe even more recently, somebody was was shopping at Tractor Supply Company and found a bunch of Magic: The Gathering cards for sale there. So you never know what you're going to get at the old Tractor Supply Company. All right, which one is going on your watch list, Dan? Hey, let's go tractors. Congratulations to John. I like that one. I got to look at that this week. That's all the time we have for the show. Thanks to Lew and John and Dan behind the glass. We'll see you here tomorrow.
