  1. For us, it makes sense to get that PEA done to attract the likes of the, of the, you know, Investment Québec kind of funds, because you do have to have a level of certainty and a path forward in order to attract that type of investment. So that's what we're moving towards, is making sure that we can you know, produce and make sure we can show a very viable plan in terms of a way back to production. And, you know, and even when I think about turning this mine back on, you know, we're 87 million shares out and I would love to think of ways to do this in a non-dilutive way and be very disciplined with our issuance of shares. And if you look at, you know, the Skeena deal that was done in June 2024, I mean, that was a lovely deal and the market responded well to it. I mean, we don't need $750 million. Again, closer to $100 million is what we'll need.

  2. So when we talk about brownfield project, there are brownfield and then there's very brownfield. I think we belong to the group that is very brownfield. So basically, as it stands right now, we have 23 kilometers of tunnels underneath our property of development, 10,000 channel samples, and 43,000 meters drilled over 3 periods of time. Half of them are RC and half of them are diamond, and the cores are actually preserved on site. Site. So we have an acreage, as you mentioned earlier, over 3,000 acres, but we actually have an office, we have ATV cutting machines, um, Jeep, um, so we have actually quite a bit of infrastructure sitting right there in California, preserved over the years. It stopped mining, as you said, in 1942 when the price of gold was $35 and it was mining at 10.7 grams. So even without doing anything, we know there are ounces left behind. Very similar to an old project I was on, uh, Skeena Resources. It was mining when price of gold was $24 and the cutoff grade was 20 grams per ton when the price of gold was $24 and the average grade was 49 grams per ton. So very similarly, without doing a lot of, um, uh, analysis, we know there's gold. But in the last 2 years we've been digging, you know, going into the weeds, into the details, to not just say how much gold but exactly how much gold, how do you extract it, what metallurgy do you extract you know, to extract, understanding permitting environment and so on and so forth.

  3. Uh, Wendy, um, uh, can you talk about, uh, the company, uh, you, your experience? You said, sorry, your experience was, uh, with, uh, Skeena Silver and Gold, uh, up in the north, and, uh, now you're down in California. Uh, but, um, talk about, uh why you, uh, took over the reins at, uh, Load Gold?

  4. London-listed Harina Rare Earths has signed a project development funding agreement with the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation, which has committed up to $4.84 million U.S. towards the development of its Madagascar ionic clay rare earth project. The funding is earmarked for permitting, environmental and social studies, and proof of concept for the pilot plant, supporting a pathway towards a definitive feasibility Study. Nucor Gold's diamond drilling at its Niam deposit with the Enchi Gold Project in Ghana intersected 3.67 grams per tonne gold over 25.3 meters from 307.7 meters depth in hole NBD-D088, the highest grade thickness intercept to date at Niam, located below the pit limits that constrain the current mineral reserves. Sterling Metals hole SC-26-10 at the Sue Copper Project intersected 497.6 metres grading at 0.41 copper equivalent, but just 4 metres outside the downhole, including a near-surface 358-metre interval of 0.5% copper equivalent and high-grade 8.5-metre zone of 4.73 copper equivalent within the MEPS discovery, confirming broad continuous copper mineralization from the bedrock surface to over 400 metres meters depth. Below the copper zone, the hole discovered a molybdenite-rich breccia body grading 57 meters at 0.81 grams— at rather 8.8— at rather 0.81% copper equivalent. Breck Mining is closest to $20 million strategic investment in Kingfisher Metals, buying 15.5 million units at $1.35 each to take a 9.9% non-diluted stake. Surge Copper has nominated 3 new directors for its September 29th AGM: Artemis's Gold Tony Scott, Skeena's Naline Morin, and Fortuna director David Farrell.
