  1. Yeah, no, for sure. So it's immensely important. We have power, we have access road. We are 30 kilometers from Newfoundland's largest, newest mine, which is Valentine Lake, roughly as the crow flies to our Crippleback package. And then of course we've got Moosehead, which is just off the highway. That's much more advanced. It's a high-grade orogenic gold veining system. So it's a lot of narrow vein, high-grade stuff, but it's right off the side of the highway, about 30 or 40, about 40 kilometers from New Found Gold's discovery as well as it's on the, it's on the same road. It's along the same route that New Found Gold will be trucking their ore to, to have it processed out in the Bay of Islands Peninsula. At Pine Cove. And so we're sort of halfway along that journey, if that makes any sense. And so, you know, Moosehead's just a little satellite deposit along the side of the road, you know, that shares almost all the same fingerprints as what you've got over at Newfound Gold. And then of course, for Equinox and such, this is like, you know, very close to that infrastructure and it's easily accessible. Newfoundland is pretty straightforward from a permitting perspective. It's very pro-business. There's— it's a very small island. It's easy. You know, there's not a ton of population, but the population there wants to work. They're very pro-mining. Both sides of the political aisle in Newfoundland are. And, you know, it's been a— it's been a dream of a place to get things done. There's a lot of, you know, oftentimes— and I want to say this sensitively because You know, a lot of other jurisdictions have to juggle the First Nations question, and I can't really comment on that. I think obviously the First Nations situation's quite complicated in Canada, but you know, to acknowledge it as a hurdle for a lot of projects to get over the line with, like they have to get their provincial permits, their federal permits, they have to get sign-off. And you know, it's, you know, obviously we're all well aware of what's going on in Richmond, BC, and with the real estate stuff. So it's not just, you know, limited to mining, it's also affecting pipelines. So a lot of things. And so Canada's got a big problem.

  2. Um, yeah, so I came from more a strategy, uh, corporate development fundraising background. Um, and prior to being in mining in 2010, I actually ran businesses for Fortune 500s like Johnson Johnson, GlaxoSmithKline, uh, so product portfolio management. Um, but when I got into mining, I actually ended up taking a lot of courses because mining is very different from other companies. Took a geology course from BCIT, take mining valuation courses, took strategy courses with Institute of Corporate Development, etc., etc. So, um, I came into the picture because the largest shareholder that owned 35% of the company was recruiting me to join, um, and together with the, with the chair of the board, uh, who is also the CFO right now at New Found Gold, um And it's a turnaround. So when I was here in November 2023, it was— there was a 10-to-1 rollback. So factor that in, it was a $0.07 stock and the average that year was around $0.15. We are now around $0.40. So, so it's been— it's been 2.5 years of work to, to, to get a lot of things sorted out. And one of the big overhangs we had was the debt. So we had a secured debt that was like a noose around the neck. So finally we were able to pay that off and be able to, to, to create momentum and value that way for our shareholders.
