Yeah, I think you get a proper valuation if you split the businesses, and that's what it appears that James Dolan and Madison Square Garden Sports Corporation are trying to do, which is separate the Knicks business and then separate the Rangers business to see what the valuations of each are. And I think if they were to go on the market, that they would sell for astronomical prices. The Knicks would probably be valued— if the Lakers are at $12.5 billion and they didn't even hit the open market, you really have to start at $11.5 or $12 for the Knicks. And you could argue it should be the same price as the Lakers. The Rangers, I think, are one of the most valuable teams in the NHL, and so they would fetch a pretty high price too. And this is majority stake sales that James Dolan has not discussed. So if he were to sell minority interest, and you have to imagine, again, we just talked about the Falcons and what 10% of that of that franchise could be worth $1 billion. That same thing can be said for the Knicks and the Rangers. Ira, for the Rangers, $1 billion, but it'd still be a lot of money.
