2. Which is a pretty smart strategy, I got to say. I want to touch on one of the things you mentioned in our last episode on Uber, which is that you think there will be financial companies that arise similar to REITs for hotels and office buildings, but instead for fleets of basically AVs that will be run as businesses through Uber. And I think that idea being somewhat similar to how Marriott operates hotels but doesn't own the real estate. Is there anything new on that end or that front?
