  1. Right now we don't, we, we don't have a lot of them, but we have one that is in Texas actually, and it's called Landbridge. So we have a position in it, just as a disclosure. And it's a company that everyone thinks that they, they do only oil, but actually they're— it's just they rent their, the right to drill and use the— or the— it's actually the, the water and that is in the field. So they would— and right now there would be like a lot of data centers in Texas, and it's just the— and you expect them to sign a contract with Amazon, and then it's a matter and everything, and it adds to their earnings that are really, really good. And they are like 30 people that work there. They have margin of It's crazy. It's like 99% or 97% gross margin. So it's really crazy margins. So I think usually royalties are amazing business.

  4. And he's like, 60 times earnings? Is it an AI company? And I'm like, no, no, no, it's royalties companies. They earn so much they can trade at a premium because it's less risky, you know, and everything. But actually, that's why we, we have Landbridge in the portfolio, because it's a company that, like, if you compare it to TPL, it's— we think it's not that it's a better operator, maybe they are even an as good boat, but it used to trade when we enter maybe at $20 or PE or 25, but historically is like 35, and you see, uh, TPL is at like 50. So we're like, okay, there's a lot of— even if it, it should not be as high, there's a lot more room to it. So you kind of need to remove the barriers you have, and it's sectoral, you know. It's, it's like in banks, you look at debt, okay, I won't buy this bank because they have $20 billion in debt.

  5. it's, it's, it's kind of something, maybe before I forget, that could be risky with royalties like this, they tend to have a big private equity ownership. So it's the same thing with Landbridge, it's the same thing with TPL. If a fund like Kinetic—

  6. Blackstone. Okay, no one is really talking about that. Blackstone's position in the data center market is very large, and that is there. Okay, what do you think about the, um, the, the powered land names like Texas Pacific Land or Landbridge, which owns land out in West Texas where data centers may or may not be developed. And in the case of TPL, a former executive of Google is trying quite hard to build a data center there. Do you— what do you think of that?

  7. Yes, for, for Texas Pacific Land and Landbridge, they probably not going to do the development. People would be building it on their land, so less debt, less capex, that they would be doing. And for full disclosure, I have been an investor in TPL. I actually sold my entire position as I record this, but that may or may change. I may reenter for, for various reasons. Just want to—
