  1. Private businesses are never going to spend the money to protect against these things. Absolutely. And that's the issue. I mean, earlier this week, I asked the CEO of— right after the TomTom episode where we talked about drone warfare, he brought it up. And it's the reason it's sort of been top of mind this week for me. Is we had the CEO of GXO on, great interview, by the way. And I asked point blank, have they done anything? Have they thought about this potential, this risk? And the answer was no, because, and why would you? If you're a private business, you're not going to spend the money because it's sort of like the preppers. And during a couple of years ago, I went and bought a bunch of food, like MREs.

  4. Yeah, I think, I think it's supply chain business. We're tracking very closely with the economy. We see firsthand how our customers are filling warehouses, retracting on inventory, those types of movements. We have great visibility to demand. I think what's really unique about the visibility that we have as GXO is that we work across a diverse set of industries. We service the retail, e-commerce, CPG industries. But on the industrial side, we're in aerospace, defense, we're in technology, especially data centers, we're in life sciences, and we're in the industrial sector. So we get a great cross-section view of what's happening in the economy across the 26 countries we operate in.

  5. Yes. I love that we're on all parts of the AI equation. We're on the data center build, helping build the capacity to run AI. AI, and we are a big, big adopter of AI. We launched the tool GXO IQ last year, which is the medium for us to deploy AI to our 1,200 operations around the world. We're seeing great results from AI. Good example, we implemented an AI bot to improve picking productivity for a consumer manufacturer. We saw 50% improvement in productivity just on that. So when you think about the scale of improvement that what that can bring to our business for our customers, it's an incredible opportunity.

  6. Sure. The big story came out in May and everybody acknowledged when Amazon announced that they were getting in supply chain, that had a big impact on us in terms of the perception that that could have on GXO. The fact is we're in a very different business. We are bespoke solutions for customers. We don't provide the cookie-cutter solution that we're trying to throw a lot of customers into. We have— we don't see Amazon in the competitive landscape on the deals we're winning or the deals that we're competing in. I think Amazon is going to be very competitive in parcel. I think they're going to be very competitive on last-mile delivery. They simply don't play in our space. We are the market leader on robotics and automation, and we're the market leader on applying that in a bespoke way for customers in helping them create a competitive weapon in their supply chain.
