Yeah, I mean, part of it is just the overall medtech sector rotation is hitting the stocks in general. For Abbott specifically, their main growth driver is their continuous glucose monitors. So those are those little patches you see on people's arms, measures their glucose levels every 5 minutes. You're seeing that growth decelerate from 20% in 2024, 16% last year to 7% this year. That's pretty stark. It's very stark, especially for a unit that's 15% of the total company. That's why you're seeing them have to cut their comparable sales growth outlook for the year. There was 6.5% to 7.5%. They had to cut it to 6% today. That needs to see a recovery. And they're dealing with certain recalls there as well. They're dealing with competition from companies like Dexcom and some other privately held companies like BioLink. All these things are are being a headwind there that they need to focus on and get that recovery started.

I'll spell that for people, E-G-O-S-C-U-E. I do exercises from the Egoscue method every night before bed so that I will have a better chance of sleeping through the night. They are very, very helpful and continue to be. And actually, this is a great segue. I'm going to go back to the written questions because one of the questions is related to The 4-Hour Body. All right, this is a question from Duncan. Hi Tim, do you think the basic principles in The 4-Hour Body still apply to those over 40, over 50, et cetera? Specifically, I'm thinking about the Slow Carb Diet, but feel free to answer in relation to other parts of the book. Thanks for everything. Yes, 100%. There is very little in that book that I would rescind or revise. It has been shockingly stable and highly predictive. If you go back to when I wrote it, 2008, 2009, it was published in 2010. I was using a first-generation Dexcom or maybe second-generation Dexcom continuous glucose monitor.

So 3 months ago, I drafted a preface to the new book, this book on no that I'm writing, because there are many examples in the book around assistants and some of the very early reader feedback, because I tested it with 100+ people, was some of these seem like 1%er problems. And so I wrote a preface, which was a letter from— it was called A Letter from the Future. And it basically talked about how in 2000, let's call it '07, '08, I was using a Gen 1 Dexcom, which was sticking barbecue tines under your skin.
