And we went out for drinks after the last lecture, and I said to one of them, hey, do you think you apply this in your job that you're doing over the summer? And he said, no, I really like the class, but it's just not relevant to what I'm doing. He said, I'm working at a soft drink company in the marketing department. And I said, but wait a second, 2 of the experiments we talked about were marketing experiments done by Budweiser. Why wouldn't you do those? He said, oh, those are in the beer industry. I'm in the soft drink industry. Those wouldn't really apply. And I just thought, oh my God, are you kidding me? The last time I ever taught MBAs, I thought, I'm not gonna teach MBAs if that is how little I'm able to teach them.
