  1. So I've been pounding the table on, on the insurance stocks on TV and here. Like, we've been talking about Travelers and Allstate, and these stocks are all making record highs. Berkshire is too. Berkshire owns a huge slug of Coca-Cola, which today, uh, gapped higher to an all-time record. Um, so Berkshire's a big holder there. They obviously have all the utility exposure. They obviously have transportation exposure via the railroad. All of these things are firing on all cylinders.. And, um, and Berkshire, of course, primarily an insurance company. So between the, the Coca-Cola position, uh, the American Express position catering to the top of the K, transports, industrials, utilities, it has like everything investors want right now, almost as if like it was premeditated for this moment. I know it's of course not, um, but I thought that was interesting.

  2. Don. Hi, Jim. I started a position in Allstate at $220. It's now over $250. Where do you see it going?

  3. Look, Allstate is a steady Eddie. I don't talk about it much. It's been good. The reason why I don't talk about it is probably it's multiple stock and a business that's really hard to understand for a lot of people. But Allstate's been a winner, and all I can say is congratulations, you did a good job. Let's go to Rebecca in New York. Rebecca. Hi, good evening, Mr.

  4. Hi, Justin and Luke. I'm calling today about the financial sector. I was curious if you feel like now is a good time to invest in the financial sector. I do understand that there are a lot of different areas within there. For instance, insurance. I do own Interactive Brokers— sorry, HIG and Allstate. There's Interactive Brokers. There's fintech companies such as NU. So I do own some of those. But what I currently don't hold is one of the big banks. I'm wondering if you think now is a good time to get into the banks, say Bank of America, ticker BAC, or just insurance or financial sector. Appreciate any help that you can give. Thank you for your time.

  5. As I mentioned, the markets have been really volatile in the first week of July, especially with geopolitical events and a lot of the AI companies, the investors believing that they've been overextended in terms of valuation have sold off. So we've gone literally from being up 50, up 70% to up 57% in a short period. Irregardless, I'll take a 57% return any day of the week. Uh, 8 out of the 10 names have generated positive returns with 8 stocks providing double-digit returns or better. We have, uh, Micron Technology up 200%, Advanced Microsystems up 148%, Sienna up 98%, Coherent up 71%, ATI, which is an aerospace and defense company, up 55%. Allstate Financial up 22, almost 23%, and Celestica up 19%, and NSA up 12.2%. All the stocks that are up are beating the S&P 500. We have two names that are down, Barrick Mining and Wilden, down 21% and 34% respectively. Having said that, stripping out the performance and just looking at our factor grades, So we identify 5 core factors, and when we recommend stocks, we want them to be collectively strong on those factors, which are value, growth, profitability, momentum, and EPS revisions. And you can see for the most part, all top 10 stocks really look quite good on these various metrics. Majority of the stocks are still strong buy or buy. We have 3 companies that have a hold, and hold to me means hold. It doesn't mean sell. And even with our AlphaPix product, if a stock drops from a strong buy or buy to hold, we keep it in the AlphaPix portfolio for 180 days. So again, hold being sold, it does not mean sell. You know, part of the reason why for Coherent, the valuation grade dropped to a D, so it's gotten a little bit expensive, but the growth grade is still an A for the company. It still has very strong momentum and analysts are still very positive. You can see it has a B grade for EPS revisions. So that means the majority of analysts are taking their estimates up as opposed to taking it down. And again, these are all sector relative grades. So whenever you look at the valuation grade or the growth grade for this company, you know it's relative to the sector.

  7. And it's way better than like looking at an analyst research report from 8 weeks ago because you want to make an investment decision based on fresh data, not data from 8 weeks ago, because a lot can change in 8 weeks or 4 weeks or even 2 weeks. So we have a very good track record. You could see over the last 5 years that it was up 180% compared to refreshing Wall Street analyst strong buys every day. They were up only 17% compared to are 180%, and that's also versus the S&P up 54%. But outside of our overall quant system, um, when you look at our top 10 stock recommendations, that has a very good track record too. So if you took our top 10 stocks from 2025, those were up 91% versus the S&P up 27.8%. And that's if you bought them in January of 2025 and held them to, uh, the end of June 2026 recently. So that'd be 91% versus 21%. That was for 2025. If you looked at 2024, the top 10 stocks were up 329% versus the S&P up 60%. If you looked at 2023, our top 10 stocks were up 232% versus the S&P up 95%. And if we, um, Come to our most recent selection of stocks in January of this year, 2026, the top 10 stocks at the end of June were up 69.56% versus the S&P up just 8.32%. So we've had a really good track record picking QuantStrong buys and our top 10 at that, uh, at the beginning of the year and halfway through the year. So to show you how the performance was of the underlying, the stocks that we selected. We had Micron Technology, which was our best-performing stock, that was up 267%. We had AMD, another semiconductor company, up 144%. We had Coherent, uh, an IT company, up 109%. We had Sienna Group up 107%. We had a defense company in the industrial sector up 64%. We had Allstate Financial which is an insurance company, property and casualty, up 18.63%, and Celessica, another IT company, up 17%, and NSA Healthcare up 12.64%. So 8 of the stocks handedly beat the S&P 500. We did have 2 stocks that were down, Barrick Mining and Wilden, down 18% and 27%. But in total, the average return of those stocks was almost 70%.

  8. It took me a few years. You know, we're a very close family. It was really fun to work together with everybody in those early days. My dad retired after kind of that late '90s. My mom retired shortly thereafter. I was working with my sisters. So they kind of gave me enough rope to go test it out that if we just changed the dialogue and acted just— we're going to build an automotive-branded business that happens to sell insurance and we're going to do it around this membership concept. It wasn't like no one had ever done something like that. You know, if you think in the early days, AAA was kind of like that, the motor club that kind of You know, they've— they're very different than that now. If you were to even think of something like AARP, which is, you know, a different sort of segment, like there is a, you know, they're in it, they sell a lot of insurance and they treat this group of people, USAA serving military family people and families. It just— nobody had ever done it in a business like ours. And so it took a little while to convince them that that was the way to go to market and we could change the way we were thinking. But you mentioned something that was another piece in this, which was the next aha. And the next aha was that most of these cars were insured by the big insurance companies. So think State Farm, Allstate, you know, today Progressive, Geico, everybody. And, you know, we're a little company. I mean, we're a tiny family business. Like, how the heck are you going to compete against these monsters? And so after we got the club kind of up and running, I realized, well, what if we just partnered with these companies rather than competing against them and said, look, We're going to do one thing and one thing only. We're going to be expert in these cars. We know the customers really well. We're building a really big, rich bunch of data. And what if we partnered with them? And so the first big partnership like this we landed, oh, 22, 23 years ago, and that was with Allstate. And Allstate's huge, again, huge company. I knew they insured hundreds of thousands of these cars.
